Job Description:
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee and manage our cleaning staff to ensure all areas of our facilities are kept clean, organized, and presentable. You will be responsible for coordinating daily cleaning activities, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Cleaning Staff: Lead, train, and motivate a team of cleaning personnel, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Schedule and Assign Tasks: Develop and manage cleaning schedules, assign tasks to team members, and ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure all areas meet established cleanliness standards. Address any deficiencies promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory. Order supplies as needed and ensure proper usage and storage.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations. Provide training on proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning products.
  • Customer Service: Address any cleaning-related issues or concerns from staff, clients, or visitors promptly and professionally.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and inventory levels.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations of cleaning staff and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve cleaning-related issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a cleaning supervisory role or similar position.
  • Advanced English is Mandatory
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and best practices. Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
