Dangan Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join its fast-growing business.
  
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—identifying new business opportunities for staffing & recruitment solutions within the Construction sector - developing strategic partnerships and expanding our footprint in this sector.
  
This is a key role with the potential to make a real impact in a high-demand, high-reward market.
The successful candidate will be tasked with driving revenue and promoting our Recruitment service lines to Construction companies nationwide.
  
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales within this sector.
  
  
  
Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with new clients in the construction sector across Ireland.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our recruitment services offering
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Using a consultative-sales approach to develop business with prospective customers.
  • Creating and presenting tailor-made solutions for clients
  • Lead relevant pitch and bid opportunities in the region.
  • Implement a sales growth strategy through various channels.
  
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing recruitment roles—within construction or recruitment (essential)
  • Experience building and managing relationships with Tier 1, Tier “ & Tier 3 Construction clients in Ireland.
  • Strong understanding of the construction sector and the staffing challenges it faces (essential)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full driving licence
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Strong IT skills including MS office suite.
