Digger Driver — Quarry, Roscommon We are currently recruiting an experienced Digger Driver for a quarry-based role in Roscommon. The successful candidate must hold QSCS and valid digger tickets, and will be responsible for safe and efficient machine operation on site
Role Responsibilities
Operate diggers safely and efficiently within a quarry environment.
Carry out loading, digging, levelling, and general site duties as required.
Complete daily checks and report any faults or maintenance issues.
Work closely with site management and follow all health and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work area.
Requirements
Valid QSCS certification.
Valid digger tickets.
Previous experience working as a digger driver, ideally in a quarry or heavy plant environment.
Good understanding of site safety and machine pre-start checks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
