Digger Driver Location: Cappagh Dublin Hours: 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday Job Type: Full-time, ongoing work Pay: DOE About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Digger Driver to join a busy waste facility in Cappagh. This role involves operating heavy plant machinery safely and efficiently within a fast-paced waste and materials handling environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily site operations and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard. Key Responsibilities
Operate a digger safely and efficiently on site.
Load, move, and handle waste and materials as required.
Support the smooth running of the waste facility.
Carry out daily checks on machinery and report any defects.
Follow all site safety procedures and operating rules.
Work closely with site teams to maintain productivity.
Keep the work area tidy and safe at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience operating a digger or similar plant machinery.
Valid CPCS, Safe Pass, or equivalent relevant certification preferred.
Strong awareness of health and safety.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full Monday to Friday schedule.
Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Experience in a waste, recycling, quarry, or industrial environment is an advantage.
