General Operative with Plant Machinery Tickets – Limerick Depot Dangan Group Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced General Operative with Plant Machinery Tickets to join our client's team at their Limerick Depot. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual with plant operating experience to become part of a busy and well-established yard team. Position Details Location: Limerick Depot Hours:
Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Every second Saturday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay Rate: €17.00 per hour Key Responsibilities
Operate plant machinery safely and efficiently, including:
Loading Shovel
Forklift (when required)
Load, unload, and move materials around the yard.
Assist with the day-to-day running of the depot and yard operations.
Carry out general yard duties, including housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Support other team members as required.
Provide cover during busy periods and staff holidays when necessary.
Requirements
Previous experience working in a yard or similar industrial environment.
Valid tickets and experience operating:
Loading Shovel
Forklift
Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
