This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for supervising a team while also carrying out cleaning duties to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and motivating a team of cleaners
Carrying out cleaning duties alongside the team
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Monitoring attendance and productivity
Reporting to site management and addressing any issues on site
Requirements:
Previous cleaning supervisory experience
Ability to lead by example
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Immediate availability preferred
