We are currently recruiting a hardworking and reliable General Operative to join our waste management team.
This is a hands-on role working in a busy waste transfer and recycling shed, involving picking line duties, sorting recyclable materials, general housekeeping, and shovelling work as required.
Location : North Dublin
Hours Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm Pay €14.15 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Working on a waste picking line sorting recyclable materials
Removing contaminants and non-recyclable waste safely and efficiently
General cleaning and housekeeping duties within the shed and yard
Shovelling and moving materials when required
Keeping work areas clean and safe at all times
Following all health & safety procedures and site rules
Assisting supervisors and other team members with daily operational duties
Requirements
Good work ethic and reliability
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and health & safety procedures
Previous experience in waste management, recycling, warehouse, or manual labour is an advantage but not essential
