About the Role DGR is hiring on behalf of a leading Irish waste management company operating one of the largest waste recycling depots in the country. We are looking for an experienced Liebherr Material Handler Operator to join a busy, fast-paced team at a state-of-the-art materials handling facility in North Dublin. This is a hands-on, safety-critical role where your machine skills will directly support Ireland's waste recovery and recycling operations. What You'll Be Doing
Operating a Liebherr material handler to sort, move, and process waste materials on site
Loading and unloading waste efficiently to meet throughput targets
Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery
Working within strict health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times
Collaborating with site supervisors and ground staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
What You Need
Proven experience operating a Liebherr material handler (essential)
Valid CSCS/Safe Pass card
Strong awareness of site safety procedures and waste handling protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible approach — willing to work rotating shifts if required
Previous experience in waste management, recycling, or a busy industrial environment (highly desirable)
