We are recruiting 2 Control Room Operators on behalf of our client, a leading waste management facility in Dublin. This is a great opportunity to take on a key operational role in a modern, busy facility with full training provided. One position is available on days and one on nights.
Day Shift: 6:00am – 4:30pm
Night Shift: 8:00pm – 6:00am

Your Responsibilities
Monitor the plant and facility operations via CCTV and control room camera systems to ensure efficient running
Identify and respond to operational issues, stopping the plant or specific sections when necessary
Lead and manage LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures in the event of blockages or maintenance requirements during your shift
Maintain clear and accurate operational logs and shift reports
Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance teams and ground staff
Ensure all health & safety protocols are followed at all times
Requirements
Fluent English is essential - strong written and verbal communication required
Romanian language skills are a significant advantage
Ability to remain focused and alert throughout a full shift
Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, calm decisions
Previous experience in a plant, manufacturing, waste or industrial environment is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
Reliable, punctual and professional with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working independently during shift hours
