This position offers creative leadership on high-profile projects like pop-ups, exhibitions, events, and bespoke interiors with major brands. Role Overview: Work within a dynamic studio team on projects spanning product, interior, set, and exhibition design, managing from concept to handover. Initiative, creativity, and proficiency in industry tools are key in this proactive environment handling multiple briefs under tight deadlines. Civil infrastructure tasks (e.g., site topography, retaining walls) have been excluded as they mismatch the creative retail/event focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide junior team under seniors; own briefs from concept to production.
Perform site surveys, meet deadlines, handle amendments, and communicate with clients/production.
Finalize designs for graphics handover and join debriefs.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years in retail/event design/production; design/manufacturing qualification preferred.
Expert in Vectorworks/Sketchup, Artlantis/V-Ray, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, MS Office/Excel.
Client relationship skills, deadline pressure handling, initiative, positive team attitude, flexible hours, English fluency, full driving licence.
