We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Duties - Supervise and support a team of warehouse operatives
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance
- Ensure efficient picking, packing, and dispatch
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
- Act as a key link between staff and management
Requirements - Valid Counterbalance & Reach FLT licences (essential)
- Previous team leadership experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- PPT licence (desirable)
