Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Crumlin, Dublin 12, Dublin
Salary: €14.75 per hour
Working Hours:
  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling general office administration tasks
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating office activities
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative duties
  • Data entry and updating internal systems
Requirements:
  • Previous administration or office experience preferred
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
