Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Crumlin, Dublin 12, Dublin
Salary: €14.75 per hour
Working Hours: - Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities: - Handling general office administration tasks
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating office activities
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative duties
- Data entry and updating internal systems
Requirements: - Previous administration or office experience preferred
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
