We are seeking a highly organized Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join our team.
This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance and administrative processes.
You will manage accounts, payroll, and VAT submissions while supporting day-to-day office activities.
 
 
Responsibilities
  • Completion of monthly bank reconciliations
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable
  • Invoicing and issuing customer statements
  • Preparation and submission of bi-monthly VAT returns, monthly RCT returns, and statements of account for payroll on ROS
  • Submission of weekly RCT payments to subcontractors
  • Maintaining timesheet records in Excel for payroll purposes
  • Tracking labour cost sheets using Excel
  • Preparing monthly payroll journals
  • Ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and coordination of administrative activities
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Sage 50, Thesaurus Payroll, and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
