We are seeking a highly organized Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance and administrative processes. You will manage accounts, payroll, and VAT submissions while supporting day-to-day office activities.
Responsibilities
Completion of monthly bank reconciliations
Managing accounts receivable and payable
Invoicing and issuing customer statements
Preparation and submission of bi-monthly VAT returns, monthly RCT returns, and statements of account for payroll on ROS
Submission of weekly RCT payments to subcontractors
Maintaining timesheet records in Excel for payroll purposes
Tracking labour cost sheets using Excel
Preparing monthly payroll journals
Ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and coordination of administrative activities
Requirements
Strong experience with Sage 50, Thesaurus Payroll, and Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
