Bookkeeper & Marketing Support Specialist Location: Remote | Work From Home Hours: 10-30 per week, flexible Pay: €17-€25 per hour A growing Irish provider of commercial and robotic cleaning solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Bookkeeper & Marketing Support Specialist to join its team. This is a flexible, remote role combining bookkeeping and marketing support, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working independently.
Requirements
Bookkeeping & Finance:
Monthly bookkeeping, bank & creditor reconciliations
Allocating debtor receipts and preparing statements
Posting month-end journals and preparing management accounts
VAT returns and supporting external accountants
Company administration and fleet management
Marketing & Social Media Support:
Assist with social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand voice
Monitor performance, respond to customer comments, support campaigns
Basic graphic design support (advantage, not essential)
Requirements
Minimum 1 year bookkeeping experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and time management
Desirable:
Experience with QuickBooks, Odoo or similar accounting software
Knowledge of VAT, RCT, and payroll
Social media management experience
Accounting or bookkeeping qualification
