A well-established Irish supplier of commercial and industrial cleaning equipment is currently seeking a Workshop Service Assistant to support its service and technical team. This is a practical, workshop-based role assisting with the preparation, servicing and handling of cleaning machines, including scrubber dryers, sweepers and related equipment. You will work closely with experienced technicians to ensure machines are cleaned, checked and ready for use or delivery.
Duties
Assisting with servicing and preparation of machines
Cleaning, testing and checking equipment
Loading and unloading machines
Booking equipment in and out of the workshop
Basic stock and parts handling
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace
Requirements
A practical, hands-on approach and good attention to detail
An interest in mechanical or technical work (experience an advantage, not essential)
