The Role
This is a demanding and highly rewarding role focused on delivering high-quality temporary staffing solutions to clients who rely on DGR for fast, flexible and compliant cover. You will be a key point of contact for both clients and candidates, ensuring short-notice and high-volume temporary requirements are filled efficiently, professionally and in line with our "nothing less than 100%" service philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage and continuously develop a strong pipeline of immediately available temporary candidates across our core sectors (e.g. logistics, industrial, construction, office support, facilities and cleaning).
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's operations, culture and service expectations, acting as a consultative partner rather than a transactional supplier.
  • Manage short-notice and high-volume temp bookings, ensuring timely fulfilment, accurate assignment details and excellent on-assignment support.
  • Maintain regular, professional communication with clients and candidates, providing updates, managing expectations and resolving issues promptly to protect service levels and relationships.
  • Take full accountability for candidate quality, vetting, compliance (right to work, references etc.) and performance, working within Dangan Group's policies and standards.
  • Drive consistently high weekly candidate registration and onboarding activity to support current and future client demand.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and financial acumen, ensuring margins, hours and placements support profitable and sustainable business.
  • Provide flexible support to clients, including availability outside standard office hours when required to cover urgent or out-of-hours staffing needs.
Candidate Profile
  • Positive, proactive and flexible attitude, with the resilience to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with high attention to detail, particularly around compliance, documentation and systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident dealing with people at all levels in a professional, solution-focused manner.
  • Innovative, persistent and results-driven, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple roles, bookings and stakeholders at once.
  • Strong IT skills and comfortable working with recruitment CRMs, job boards and MS Office tools.
  • A collaborative team player who buys into a culture of going the extra mile for clients and candidates.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, temporary staffing, or a fast-paced customer-facing environment is preferred but not essential for the right person with the right attitude.
What We Offer
  • Competitive basic salary with excellent earning potential through performance-related incentives.
  • A professional, supportive and collaborative working environment within a growing Irish-owned recruitment group that invests in its people and brands.
  • The opportunity to work with a respected temporary staffing specialist with an established client base, strong market reputation and genuine commitment to service excellence.
  • Real career development potential as part of a multi-brand recruitment group that supports progression, specialist development and long-term careers in recruitment.
