HGV Class 2 Driver – Full-Time | Dublin 12 Area

We’re seeking reliable, professional HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our expanding team at our Dublin 12 depot (general area only). This is an excellent opportunity to build a stable career with a company committed to safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
About the Role You’ll operate a range of Class 2 waste vehicles, including skip trucks, RoRo, and bin lorries, playing a key role in delivering safe, efficient collections and supporting a cleaner, greener future.
Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: €17.30
• Daily Bonuses: €10 attendance bonus + €3.90 KPI bonus
• Subsistence Allowance: Additional €12 per day

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Start Time: 5:00–6:00 AM
• Occasional Saturday work may be required

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily and weekly vehicle checks
• Manage routes to complete scheduled collections and deliveries
• Maintain accurate written and digital records
• Communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ professional driving experience
• Valid Category C licence
• Current Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC
• 25+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety
• Good knowledge of the Dublin area and strong navigation skills
