The Role: The Account Manager will be based in our Dublin office, managing client relationships and ensuring top-quality recruitment services. You will serve as the main contact for assigned business clients, nurture existing relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth while ensuring that service exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts from the Dublin region.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their staffing needs.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships, driving client satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate agreements, handle queries, and resolve issues effectively.
Identify opportunities to expand relationships and grow accounts.
Collaborate closely with recruitment and admin teams to deliver timely, quality solutions.
Prepare status reports on account progress and metrics.
Requirements:
Previous experience in account management, recruitment, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
