DGR is seeking experienced Machine Drivers with valid QSCS tickets for Excavator and Loading Shovel to work on site in North Co. Meath. Join a dynamic team operating heavy machinery in construction and quarry environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate and manoeuvre excavators and wheeled loading shovels for loading, unloading, material transport, and site preparation.
Perform daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks on machinery.
Follow site safety guidelines, collaborate with supervisors and other operatives, reporting issues promptly.
Maintain operational logs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations onsite.
Requirements:
Valid QSCS tickets for both Excavator and Loading Shovel operation.
Proven experience operating heavy machinery on construction or quarry sites.
Valid Safe Pass, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong safety awareness.
