Studio Manager - Carpentry Workshop

Location: Crumlin, D12
Hours: Monday – Friday, full-time
Salary: €25 DOE

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in carpentry/joinery 
• Previous management or supervisory experience in a workshop or similar environment
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and workloads
• Strong communication skills with both staff and clients
• Health & safety awareness

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations
• Manage and supervise a team of carpenters and general operatives
• Ensure quality control on all projects
• Plan and allocate work to meet deadlines
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and senior management
