We are seeking a dedicated Loader Driver to join our team at our busy waste management facility in North Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment, a strong commitment to safety, and an interest in contributing to environmentally responsible waste disposal.
Key Responsibilities
Operate front-end loaders and other machinery as part of daily waste management operations.
Safely transport, lift, and load waste materials into articulated vehicles or designated areas.
Conduct daily pre-start inspections of the loader and report any faults.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all site safety rules.
Work alongside site operatives and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
Complete relevant paperwork and job logs as required.
Requirements
Valid loader/plant operator ticket or relevant license.
At least 1 year of experience driving heavy machinery (preferably in a waste or recycling facility).
Strong understanding of health and safety protocols within an industrial site.
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
Good attention to detail and reliability.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime or varied shifts, as required.
