Assembler Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin Contract: Permanent The Role This is a permanent position offering stability, long-term work and structured career progression, with a clear pathway for growth and development. You'll assemble, wire and fit low-voltage switchgear panels to engineering drawings, customer specifications and company quality standards, working as part of a collaborative production team. Pay: €15.15 to €18.15 per hour, plus overtime at 1.4x (€21.21-€25.41) and 1.7x (€25.75-€30.85). Key Responsibilities
Assemble switchgear panels, enclosures and sub-assemblies
Carry out wiring, cabling and fitting of electrical components
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and bills of materials
Carry out basic testing and visual quality checks
Identify and report faults, missing components or discrepancies
Use hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment safely
Keep a clean and organised work area
Follow all Health & Safety and quality procedures
Requirements
Experience in switchgear, control panel or electrical assembly manufacturing
Able to read and understand electrical drawings
Basic understanding of electrical components and assembly processes
Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
Good awareness of workplace Health & Safety
Eligible to work in Ireland
