These are permanent roles carrying out complex mechanical repairs and diagnostics to manufacturer standards. About the Role You will diagnose and repair mechanical faults, including full component strip and rebuild, ADAS calibration and 4-wheel alignment. The workshop is process-driven, with clear SOPs and a focus on lean, efficient repair.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults to a high standard of workmanship
Strip, rebuild and replace components to manufacturer specification
Carry out ADAS calibration and 4-wheel alignment
Follow SOPs to keep repairs consistent and compliant
Apply lean techniques to improve repair efficiency

Qualified Mechanic
Proven hands-on mechanical repair experience
Experience with diagnostic tools, workshop equipment and technical manuals
Own tools (tool purchase scheme available after 6 months)
Full valid driving licence
