General Operative / Relief Driver (C Licence) - Millstreet Full-time, permanent role with a busy food ingredients business in Millstreet, Co. Cork. This is a mixed warehouse and driving position: you will work mainly in the warehouse and cover delivery routes as relief driver when needed. €17.50 per hour, plus €15.40 subsistence on driving days. A good fit if you want variety rather than being on the road every day.
About the Role You will split your time between warehouse operations and multi-drop deliveries of chilled and ambient goods. Warehouse days run 8:30am to 5:00pm. Driving days start at 5:30am and run until the route is finished. Responsibilities
Pick, pack and fulfil customer orders accurately
Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely
Use handheld RF scanners to manage stock and inventory
Load and unload chilled and ambient goods
Complete multi-drop delivery routes when covering as relief driver
Carry out basic quality checks on goods in and out
Follow food safety and health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements Must-haves:
Full, valid C licence
1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced warehouse, manufacturing or distribution setting
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
Flexibility to work both warehouse hours and early driving starts
Nice-to-haves:
1 year or more of multi-drop driving experience
Experience with chilled and ambient goods
Experience using RF scanners
Basic computer skills

Pay: €17.50 per hour
Subsistence: €15.40 per day when driving
Hours: full-time; warehouse 8:30am-5:00pm, driving from 5:30am until finish
