Dangan Group is currently recruiting 2 General Operatives for an established company operating within the electronics recycling and scrap industry in Duleek, Co. Meath. This is a full-time opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable with physical work and interested in working in an electronics scrap and recycling environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sorting and handling electronic scrap and recyclable materials
Loading and unloading materials
Moving materials around the yard and designated work areas
Assisting with the dismantling and processing of electronic equipment
Separating different types of recyclable materials
Using basic hand tools and equipment where required
Keeping the yard and work areas clean and organised
Following all company health & safety procedures
Working as part of a team to meet daily operational requirements
Carrying out other general duties as required by the site supervisor
Requirements
Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, recycling, scrap, construction, manufacturing or similar environment is an advantage
Previous experience with electronics or scrap materials is beneficial but not essential
Full training will be provided to suitable candidates
Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Good attitude towards health & safety
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Good communication skills
Right to work in Ireland
Forklift or machinery experience is an advantage but not essential
