We are looking for a
Facilities / Maintenance Operative to work as a Facility Operative in Edenderry for 1 month.
Main duties:
- General cleaning of the building
- Gardening and basic landscaping
- Checking lights, alarms and other building systems
- Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance
- Organising and supervising contractors when needed
- Checking cleaning supplies, tools and furniture and ordering more when required
- Following all health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- Good English is essential
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, facilities or gardening would be an advantage
- Must be available to start as soon as possible
- Must reside near Edenderry area (Co. Offaly)
- Reliable and able to work independently
