General Operative - Festival Clean-Up Crew - €14.60/hr

€14.60 per hour, 4-day assignment, Stradbally, Co. Laois. General operatives are needed to help clear and restore a large outdoor event site immediately after a major music festival. Immediate start, with all PPE and site induction provided on day one.
 
About the role:
This is a short-term, hands-on cleaning and site restoration assignment covering the full 4 days after the festival ends. Work is outdoors, physically active, and team-based.
 
Responsibilities:

• Litter picking and general waste collection across camping and event areas
• Sorting and segregating waste for recycling and disposal
• Removing festival debris, signage, and left-behind equipment
• Supporting general site tidy-up and restoration tasks

Requirements:
Must-have: physically fit and able to work full days outdoors in all weather; reliable and able to commit to all 4 days.
Nice-to-have: previous labouring, waste management, cleaning, or event experience.
 
Pay & practicalities: €14.60 per hour. 4-day fixed assignment. Site located in Stradbally, Co. Laois — own transport is an advantage. Early starts required; full PPE supplied. IND1
