Responsibilities: - Ensure the safe operation of the bin truck, following all health and safety regulations.
- Collect and dispose of waste efficiently from residential and commercial properties.
- Sort waste into appropriate categories, including recycling and general waste.
- Maintain effective communication with the driver and team members to ensure timely task completion.
- Keep the bin truck and work area clean and tidy.
- Perform any additional duties as required.
Requirements: - No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to start between 5am and 6:00am in the morning.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Free onsite parking, ensuring convenience for employees.
