HGV Driver

About the Role:
 
Join our clients team as a professional HGV Driver, ensuring the safe, efficient transport of goods and materials across Ireland. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-inspect trucks and trailers before departure.
• Drive and operate HGV vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Follow schedules set by the Planning Department and Driver Manager.
• Pick up, verify, and deliver goods accurately.
• Comply with all road safety and tachograph regulations.
• Load and unload cargo as required.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Follow GDP principles when transporting pharmaceutical goods.
• Refuel vehicles using company-issued fuel cards at designated sites.

Requirements:

• Full C or CE Licence.
• Valid digital tachograph card and driver qualification card.
• Up-to-date CPC modules.
• At least 12 months of driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of drivers' hours and working time rules.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
