Here at Dangan Group We are in search of a proficient Field Service Technician to deliver top-notch service and upkeep for floor cleaning machinery across various locations in Ireland. The ideal candidate will undertake repair and maintenance tasks for commercial floor cleaning equipment, alongside executing preventative maintenance and repairs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Visit client sites to carry out repairs and maintenance on floor cleaning machinery.
Engage with customers to comprehend their requirements and deliver outstanding customer service.
Collaborate closely with our service team to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of tasks.
Perform preventative maintenance and repair services for commercial floor cleaning machinery.
Utilize expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or technical domains to diagnose issues and offer solutions.
Stay abreast of the latest technology and techniques through in-house and manufacturer factory training.
Maintain the service van and equipment provided by the company.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience (preferred).
Sales or merchandising experience is advantageous.
Must possess a valid driving license.
Proficient understanding of machinery functionality and adept at diagnosing problems.
Adept problem-solver with a proven track record in successful repairs and maintenance.
